Construction costs are specified at $180,000. The figure includes $148,000 for general construction, $9,000 for plumbing, $8,000 for excavation, $8,000 for mechanical work, and $7,000 for electrical work.

The permit approves 869 square feet of earth disturbance. The attached structure will rise in a RSA-5 zoning district and is classified as R-3 residential space. Apartment will span 320, 413, and 468 square feet. The 869-square-foot lot measures 12 feet wide and will offer 388 square feet of open area. The approved site plan shows the new building occupying a narrow attached parcel between 2170 and 2174 East Cambria Street, with a rear yard, a 36-inch gate, a condenser, a six-foot-high wood privacy fence at the rear yard perimeter, and an existing five-foot-wide alley leading to the public right-of-way at Trenton Avenue. The building will stand 27 feet tall.
Elevations show a narrow rowhouse with a brick-veneer front facade, brick rowlock sill, soldier-course detailing, vinyl-trimmed windows, a 30-inch parapet wall, and outdoor lighting. The rear elevation shows horizontal vinyl siding, gutters and downspouts, steps down to grade, and a 30-inch parapet wall.
