Permits have been issued for the construction of four three-story single-family rowhouses at 1436, 1438, 1446, and 1432 North Marston Street in Brewerytown, North Philadelphia. The building will rise from vacant lots that span much of the west side of the block between Master Street and Jefferson Street. Designed by Moto Designshop, each of the structures will span 1,353 square feet. Permits list the Spruce Builders as the contractor.
