Permits have been issued for the construction of a 33-unit mixed-use structure at 3503 Midvale Avenue in East Falls, Northwest Philadelphia. The building will rise five stories tall, with a commercial space to be situated on the ground floor. Designed by M Architects, the project will also include a green roof and 15 parking spaces. The development will hold 26,477 square feet of space and cost an estimated $5 million to build, according to permits.
Demolition is underway at 6604 Ridge Avenue in Roxborough, Northwest Philadelphia, where a five-story, 50-unit development is planned. Designed by M Architecture and developed by Stamm Development Group, the development will feature studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a fitness center, a large, planted and fully furnished roof deck, and parking at the ground level. Rendering depict a modern structure clad in gray brick, with a bronze-colored mesh at the parking level. Similar bronze-colored trim surrounds the large windows.
A new rendering has been revealed for The Nook, a four-story, 34-unit development at 5535 Pulaski Avenue in Germantown, Northwest Philadelphia. The building will stand four stories tall and hold 34 luxury residential units. The building is being developed by Stamm Development Group, designed by M Architecture, and built by Tester Construction.
