Designed by KCA Design Associates, the structure will feature a basement, a green roof, six bicycle parking spaces, and full sprinkling. Permits list Phillyprop Re 2018 LLC as the owner, Manuel L. Ribeiro as the contractor, and a construction cost of $1.9 million.
