    That neighborhood looks forgotten.
    Hopefully, this will be one of many on this street.

    The proximity to the Philadelphia Zoological Gardens and Fairmount Park within a reasonable walking distance is a major attraction for this emerging development.

    There was no mention of parking which is concerning.
    Fortunately, you have numerous SEPTA services, including bus routes 38 and 40.

    Belmont benefits from the addition of nine residential units and perhaps 15 new neighbors. The roof decks should be fun.
