Number 31 on the list is 20th+Arch, a 260-foot-tall, 15-story office building planned at 2000 Arch Street in Center City West (alternatively in Logan Square). Developed by Parkway Commercial Properties (aka the Parkway Corporation) and designed by L2P Architects, the building will offer roughly 400,000 square feet of office space. No construction work has yet taken place.
