Permits have been filed for the construction of a new building at 187 West Norris Street in Norris Square, Kensington. Located at the corner of West Norris Street and Palethorp Street, the new property will replace a grassy lot next to a three-story row home. The property is owned by Donna Methratta and Paul Metthratta.
Documents list that the new attached property will include a roof deck with roof deck access. Norris Square Park is located a block north; Towey Playground and the Berks Street station of SEPTA are situated within a few blocks.
