The three-story rowhouse structure next to the elevated SEPTA line will go under full demolition near the corner of North Front Street and East Dauphin Street. The owner listed on the documents is ACG 2231 North Front Street LLC.
The structure to be demolished is a prewar rowhouse plastered in orange stucco over its original red brick façade.
The property sits a block south of the York-Dauphin Station on the Market-Frankford line. Norris Square Park, located two blocks to the southwest, features 5.8 acres of green space, basketball courts, and a playground. Temple University Hospital – Episcopal Campus is situated three blocks to the north.
