Permits have been filed for the construction of a single-family structure at 1816 Seybert Street in Cecil B. Moore, North Philadelphia. The structure will replace a vacant overgrown lot. The site is near the corner of West Seybert Street and North 18th Street. The property is owned by K&K 1336 Erie QOF LLC.
According to the documents, the attached structure will span a 602-square-foot footprint and will feature a roof deck with an access structure. The structure will likely rise around two or three stories, consistent with the buildings in the area.
Three blocks to the west is the massive Girard College, spanning 43 acres. St. Joseph’s Preparatory School sits a block to the southeast. Two blocks to the east and one block to the north is the Ingersoll Park. The site sits within the general area of Temple University, located within a 15-minute walk to the northeast.
