Permits list Domus Inc as the contractor and a construction cost of $1.2 million.
The development will span 3,195 square feet. The three-story attached mixed-use building will offer two multi-family residential units. The first floor will be utilized as commercial space.
The project site is a vacant lot spanning an area of 1,800 square feet. The structure will rise 36 feet to the top of the main roof. The new construction will also feature a deck at the rear of the building. A 12 feet storage closet will be designed for bike storage.
The area has good walk and transit scores and is serviced by transit lines such as routes number 3, 7, 33, and 61, The site is located near various grocery stores, shops, and restaurants.
