Permits have been issued for the construction of a three-story attached six-unit residential structure at 5019 Pentridge Street in Cedar Park, West Philadelphia. The building will be located along Pentridge Street, on a block bound by 51st Street and 52nd Street. Designed by Kore Design Architecture, the development will yield a total built-up area spanning 6,634 square feet. Permits list TNA Builders LLC as the contractor and specify a construction cost of $940,000.

Plans call for the demolition of the existing single-family residence on the site. The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom and spans 1,305 square feet. It was built in 1925 and demolition permits have been filed separately.

The project site is a vacant lot spanning an area of 2,400 square feet. The building will rise to a height of 34 feet and will include two roof decks and two separate roof access structures. Landscaped open area spanning 650 square feet will also be included.

The neighborhood has good walk and transit scores and is serviced by transit lines such as routes number 34, 42, 52, and 64. The site is located near a couple of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. No estimated construction timeline has been announced yet.
