Permits have been issued for the construction of a two-story residential building at 542 West Rockland Street in Olney-Oak Lane, North Philadelphia. The building will be constructed on a vacant lot spanning 1,021 square feet, situated on mid-block bound by North 6th Street, West Loudon Street, North Fairhill Street, facing West Rockland Street. The project has an allocated total construction cost of $200,000.

Records show Campos Enterprises LLC listed as the property owner. Supreme Architects LLC is responsible for the designs.

The scope of work includes the construction of a two-story offering one dwelling unit. The building will also feature a roof deck and roof deck access structure.     How is it possible that in the year 2024 the City permits (in both senses of the word) garage-front homes?

    “Industrial stop” is undefined.
