The building will be constructed on a vacant lot spanning 1,021 square feet, situated on mid-block bound by North 6th Street, West Loudon Street, North Fairhill Street, facing West Rockland Street. The project has an allocated total construction cost of $200,000.
Records show Campos Enterprises LLC listed as the property owner. Supreme Architects LLC is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the construction of a two-story offering one dwelling unit. The building will also feature a roof deck and roof deck access structure. The project proposal also includes the removal of roof deck and roof deck access structure from the previously approved building and reduce the parking space from two spaces to one space.
Separate permits are required for the commercial space, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. The site is located near various industrial stops, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. No estimated construction timeline has been announced yet.
