The project has an allocated total construction cost of $470,000 with $420,000 as the general construction cost. Prestige Design & Construction is listed as the owner and developer.

The scope of work yields a total built-up area spanning 5,966 square feet. The residential building will be completed in Type VA construction with a basement, roof deck, and roof deck access structures. Each unit will range from 1,140 square feet.

The project calls for at least five feet of excavation. Separate permits are required for the commercial space, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work.
