The building will be constructed on a vacant lot spanning 1,272 square feet, situated on a parcel bound by Braddock Street, East Lehigh Avenue, East Huntingdon Street, and Emerald Street. Permits list Rizaj Construction LLC as the contractor.
James Clancy Associates is responsible for the deigns. The project has an allocated total construction cost of $214,000, with $158,000 as the general construction cost, $17,000 for plumbing work, and $9,000 for mechanical work.

The scope of work includes the construction of a new four-story building to be used as a single-family residence. The residential building will yield a total built-up area spanning 3,300 square feet.
The residence will feature a basement, a cellar and an eight-foot front setback above second floor. The residence will also have an accessory roof deck with a roof access structure. The building facade will rise to a height of 34 feet.
Separate permits are required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. The project site is located in an area that has good walk and bike scores. Construction timeline for the project has not been revealed yet.
