The structure will rise 36 feet to the main roof, below the district height cap of 38 feet, and 39-and-a-half feet to the parapet. A 94-square-foot pilot house will provide stair access to the roof deck.
Architectural drawings illustrate a rowhouse-style three-story structure with a flat roofline and a pilot house set back from the front façade.
The property is located on Gerritt Street between South 23rd and South 24th Streets, directly across from Wharton Square Playground. Transit access is available via Ellsworth–Federal Station on the Broad Street Line, roughly a 23-minute walk away, and via SEPTA bus routes 39 and 47, which run along nearby Susquehanna Avenue and 7th Street.
