Architectural drawings show a brick-clad rowhouse set along the property line. An elevation shows vertically aligned paired windows on the main wall plane. A recessed ground-floor entry will be positioned to the side of the center line, accessed by exterior steps. Decoration will include hallow pilasters with minimal projection, as well as a modest parapet capping the facade.

No construction timeline has yet been announced.

  1. Although the house is small at 1,300 square feet, large windows on the Shedaker St. side would make the home feel larger than it is.
