Permits confirm multi-family household living and a maintenance-only roof access structure (the structure is distinctly labeled as having “no roof deck”). The 5,337-square-foot property is zoned RSA-5 and measures 64 feet wide. Zoning drawings show a 3,755.84-square-foot building footprint, equivalent to 70 percent lot coverage, along with an approximately five-foot front setback and a nine-foot-deep rear yard. The plans indicate a maximum building height of 45 feet, compared with the district’s indicated 38-foot base limit.
