Zoning filings confirm that the design complies with dimensional requirements, including open space and rear yard setbacks. The main roof height is marked at 34 feet 3 inches, staying under the 38-foot zoning cap, while the pilot house provides access to the roof deck.
Architectural drawings depict a contemporary three-story row-houses clad in brick veneer along the front façade, accented with vertically aligned rectangular windows. The rear elevation is finished in siding. The structure will include a cellar level below grade, a roof deck spanning much of the rooftop, and a compact pilot house at the center.
The property is located on North 11th Street, just below West Cumberland Street, in a residential stretch of North Philadelphia.
