The proposed development will contain eight dwelling units classified as R-2 residential occupancy. The structure will rise three stories above grade with a full cellar level below. A private roof deck is included, accessed by a pilot house structure serving a single dwelling unit, as shown on the zoning plans.
Zoning approvals place the project within the RSA-5 residential zoning district. The parcel measures approximately 1,831 square feet. Plans indicate a maximum building height of approximately 38 feet, aligning with the district’s height limit. A rear yard depth of roughly 13 feet 11 inches is provided, exceeding minimum requirements, while total open area measures approximately 238.5 square feet, accounting for just over 13 percent of the lot area, as calculated on the approved zoning plans.

Architectural drawings depict a three-story, eight-unit residential building with a rectilinear massing and vertically stacked units above a full cellar. The street frontage incorporates multiple projecting bay windows, while the roof level includes guardrails, required setbacks, and a compact pilot house serving a single top-floor unit.
A construction timeline has not yet been announced.
