Architectural drawings depict a recessed ground-floor entrance and a front facade clad in modular brick, with regularly spaced window openings. The building will reach a maximum height of approximately 38 feet to the top of parapet, consistent with zoning limits for the site.

A July 2025 zoning permit amendment revised the front elevation and building section to comply with Philadelphia Historic District requirements. No construction timeline has yet been announced.
