According to permit filings, the structure will rise to a height of 38 feet, aligning with the maximum allowed under the underlying zoning district. The total construction area is listed at approximately 2,079 square feet. The project also includes a rear yard and maintains the required building envelope as shown in the approved zoning plans.

Drawings indicate a vertically stacked interior layout, with the ground floor accommodating parking and entry functions, and upper levels dedicated to residential use. The development will replace a vacant parcel with new construction, reinforcing the existing rowhouse fabric that defines Hope Street. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
