Residential building permits have been issued for the construction of a three-story single-family residence at 2943 Cecil B. Moore Avenue in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood of North Philadelphia. The building will rise from a presently vacant lot sitting at the north side of the block between North Hollywood Street and West Glenwood Avenue. The planned structure will span 2,440 interior square feet. The project team consists of the Mason Edward LLC as the owner and Catalyst Builders as the contractor.
