Permits have been filed for the construction of three four-story residential buildings with a total of 11 units at 801-11 Aramingo Avenue in Fishtown, Kensington. The development will replace a fenced-in parking lot formerly used by an auto repair shop. The site is situated at the corner of Aramingo Avenue and Fletcher Street, just off of Girard Avenue. Wood Capital Investments is the listed owner.

The first structure will contain five residential units totaling 6,353 square feet with an estimated construction cost of $635,300. The two other structures will each hold three units, 4,950 square feet of floor space, and an estimated construction cost of $495,500 per structure. Each of the buildings will feature a cellar and a shared roof deck.

The nearby Girard station at the Market-Frankford SEPTA line provides access to Center City. The nearby restaurants of Northern Liberties and Fishtown, two vibrant neighborhoods, will certainly add appeal for future residents.

The total project cost is estimated at $1,625,800. No estimated completion date has yet been announced.
