A rendering has been released for The Nook, a four-story, 34-unit project from Stamm Development Group and Tester Construction at 5535 Pulaski Avenue in Germantown, Northwest Philadelphia. Located between Schoolhouse Lane and Chelten Avenue, the structure will feature large windows with gray cladding and tall yellow columns. Select units will feature outdoor terraces. The project is designed by Harman
Deutsch Ohler (which served as the architect of record) and M Architects LLC and is developed by the Stamm Development Group.
The new structure will replace a paved lot. The dense project is not the developer’s first in the neighborhood, as it recently completed a 33-unit structure at 45-47 West Haines Street and is nearing completion on a 17-unit project at 52-60 West Washington Lane. Nearby transit access is available via the Chestnut Hill West regional rail line.
