The former single-family dwelling occupies a 1,107-square-foot footprint on the west side of the block between Cecil B. Moore Avenue and West Montgomery Avenue. Philadelphia Housing Authority is the listed owner. All State Services LLC is the listed contractor.
The brick-clad building is coated in vibrant red paint, with most of the first floor painted gray. The building features an entrance with an overhead arch. All entrances and windows are blocked off by wooden panels.
The 3 bus stops at the corner of Cecil B. Moore Avenue and North 19th Street, located on the same block as the property but on the southwest corner. The Cecil B. Moore station of the Broad Street SEPTA line is located nine short blocks to the east, adjacent to the Temple University campus.
