The property is situated on the west side of the block between Spring Street and Summer Street. The building has a footprint that spans 573 square feet. Kaing Estate LLC is the listed owner.
The long-vacant structure, which was once occupied by Sigma Sound Studios, is clad with white brick and features large tinted windows on front façade.
The Race-Vine station of the SEPTA Broad Street line is located within a five-minute walk to the northwest. The 23 and 45 buses stop at the corner of North 12th Street and Race Street a short block to the south of the property. Two blocks to the south is the 1-million-square-foot Philadelphia Convention Center at 1101 Arch Street.
