  1. This Port Richmond site currently holds a large “U” shaped, low-slung, green building (address 3003 Gaul St.) of uncertain purpose, although possibly it is used as storage space. The single lot is being divided into eight, labelled parcels “A” thru “G”.

    Although not clear what the other seven lots are for, 2507 East Elkhart Street, dubbed building “F”, is designed as a single family home, as YIMBY describes.
