Permits list JPL Construction Inc as the contractor and specify a construction cost of $600,000.

The project site is a vacant parcel spanning an area of 1,390 square feet, combined by two lots into one. The residential structure will yield a total built-up area spanning 4,536 square feet and is a type V structure. The scope of work includes the construction of an attached structure with a roof deck and a cellar. The roof deck will be accessible by a pilot house. The residential building will offer three multi-family residential units. A rear yard and open landscaped space spanning an area of 345 square feet will also be developed on the site as a part of the project.
Renderings reveal a building façade designed in bricks with visual breaks induced by six-feet wide windows at each floor. The windows also offer a functional break for ventilation. The three-story building will rise to a height of 38 feet.

The area has good walk and transit scores and is serviced by transit lines such as routes number 3, 27, 39, and 47. The site is located near various grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and recreational spots. A project application was submitted. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
