Plans also call for 34 off-street parking spaces and 30 bicycle parking spaces, accommodated through a rear parking area and parking located beneath portions of the structure.

Zoning approval for the project was previously secured, permitting the mixed-use program through zoning relief within an RSA-5 district. The property measures approximately 33,157 square feet. Plans show a building footprint that extends deep into the lot, with access, circulation, and parking areas organized toward the interior of the parcel.
Architectural drawings depict a five-story structure rising above a ground level that includes parking areas beneath portions of the structure. The building features a rectilinear massing with a regular grid of window openings and recessed balconies integrated into the façade. A roof deck and pilot house are included at the top level, accessed via interior stairways. The ground floor includes a commercial space fronting Germantown Avenue, with residential entries along the primary frontage.
