Permits have been filed for the erection of a four-story multi-family structure at 2621-23 Jefferson Street in Brewerytown, North Philadelphia. The building will rise from a 2,822-square-foot footprint on the north side of the block between North Bailey Street and North 26th Street, across from Athletic Square Park. Rollup LLC is the listed owner.
The site is currently a vacant lot with rubble from the demolition, which occurred some time between 2014 and 2018. The building will include a basement with egress wells and a roof deck along with two access structures.
The Cecil B. Moore station on the Broad Street SEPTA line is located within a 25-minute walk to the east at the corner of North Broad Street and Cecil B. Moore Avenue. The 7 bus stops at the corner of North 27th Street and Master Street, two blocks to the west and one block to the south of the property. The Athletic Square Recreational Center is just to the south of the property.
