The neighborhood of Norris Square in North Philadelphia is seeing a climb in the amount of proposed development. At 1700-30 North Howard Street, a new proposal will rise from the corner of Cecil B. Moore Avenue and North Howard Street near Fishtown. The 91,230-square-foot structure will incorporate an industrial pre-war façade and a new six-story addition, with a total of 3,850 square feet of commercial space and 87,650 square feet of residential space including amenities. The building will include 110 residential units and 35 parking spaces. The development will be a substantial addition to the generally low- and mid-rise neighborhood.

The east building will stand 154 feet and 12 stories tall wile the west tower will rise 134 feet and 11 floors. with APOM Holdings as the developer. The complex, developed by APOM Holdings and designed by Coscia Moos Architecture will stand at the corner of North 8th Street and Poplar Street and will house a total of 338 residential units.
