Permits have been issued for the construction of a three-story single-family structure at 2611 Catharine Street in Schuylkill, South Philadelphia. The new building will rise upon a presently vacant property situated on the east side of the block between South Bambrey Street and South LeCount Street and will span 1,275 interior square feet. Permits list Chwen-ping Wang as the design professional and Gaofeng Zheng as the contractor.
