Permits have been issued for the construction of a two-story single-family residence at 342 Shedaker Street in Wister, Northwest Philadelphia, in the vicinity of LaSalle University. The new development will replace a presently vacant lot at the southern corner of the intersection of Shedaker and West Sheldon streets and will offer 1,300 square feet of interior space.
