The building, which is located near the corner of Catherine Street and South 22nd Street, is owned by Aston Enterprises LLC. The filing states that the building will be manually demolished.
The property, with a footprint of 730 square feet, sits in a residential area dominated by two- and three-story rowhomes. The compact Catharine Park & Aviv’s Garden, located at the nearby street corner, features a playground, and the slightly larger Julian Abele Park sits three blocks to the south. The shopping strip at South Street is located six blocks to the north.
