Permits have been filed for the demolition of a vacant two-story prewar rowhouse at 2324 North Woodstock Street in North Philadelphia West. The former single-family dwelling is located between West Dauphin Street and West York Street and will be torn down as part of the City of Philadelphia Demolition Program at a cost of $14,000. POH Fine Rentals and Development is the listed owner. Pedro Palmer Construction Inc. is the listed contractor.

The brick-clad building sits abandoned with boarded-up windows. After the demolition work is complete, 2322 and 2326 North Woodstock Street will have stucco added to the future blank walls that currently connect to 2324 North Woodstock Street. The sidewalk in front of the property will also be replaced near the end of the work.

The 39 bus stops at the corner of North 21st Street and West Dauphin Street just one block to the west. The Susquehanna-Dauphin Station of the Broad Street SEPTA line, located just north of Temple University, sits within a 10-15-minute walk to the east.
