The building will rise from a 853-square-foot footprint on the south side of the block between North 28th Street and North Newkirk Street. Saint Bernard Holding Group LLC is the listed owner.
The site is currently a vacant lot that sits between two prewar residential structures. According to the documents, the attached structure will include a roof deck with a roof access structure.
The 3 bus stops at the corner of Cecil B. Moore Avenue and North 28th Street, just to the right of the property. The William D. Kelley Public School occupies the entire block to the east. Fairmount Park sits within a ten-minute walk to the west.
