Permits have been filed for the construction of a multi-family structure at 2802 Cecil B. Moore Avenue in Brewerytown, North Philadelphia. The building will rise from a 853-square-foot footprint on the south side of the block between North 28th Street and North Newkirk Street. Saint Bernard Holding Group LLC is the listed owner.

The site is currently a vacant lot that sits between two prewar residential structures. According to the documents, the attached structure will include a roof deck with a roof access structure.
