Foundation excavation is nearly complete at 2222 Market Street, where a 20-story structure will soon rise. Designed by Gensler and developed by Parkway Commercial Properties, the glass clad building with stone highlights will replace a 21,000-square-foot parking lot. The 329,100-square-foot building will stand around 300 feet tall, adding a substantial amount of floor space to Center City West.
In our November update, parts of the lot still sat at the street level, with machines scattered around the site. By the December update, the soil was excavated below the ground level, with a ramp running up to North 23rd Street.
YIMBY’s recent site visit revealed that significant progress was made on the excavation, which is nearly finished at this point as it is excavated roughly 30 feet deep. In the next few months, the foundation will likely be completed and rebar, the foundation walls, and matt slab will mark the beginning of construction. It is confirmed that a tower crane will be erected in two weeks.
Completion is anticipated in August 2022.

I researched this project and found a forum called SkyscraperPage; however, the thread had been hijacked into a discussion on an unused subway tunnel.
Thus my search for skyscraper construction continues.
This site is good.
I wish it were categorized into sections for each building.
