Exterior work has been completed at The HQ, a 30-unit multi-family development located at 710 North 16th Street in Francisville, North Philadelphia. Developed by Stamm Development Group, the building rises four stories tall, holds around 35,000 square feet of space, and features a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a gym and a roof deck.
The building’s modern façade nicely matches the style of many other new developments located throughout the neighborhood. Brickwork is incorporated into the design in vertical rows, while gray siding covers the majority of the facade, including bay windows that jut out from the structure.
The exterior turned out just as renderings showed, with appealing brickwork taking on a solid role on the exterior, with siding adding further contrast. The windows have been installed months ago, and now the work that can be observed from the street focuses on the facade, which is slowly rising up the structure.
YIMBY’s previous update on the project was posted in late April, when brickwork was beginning to go up at the ground floor. Since then, the process continued moving along rapidly.
This decently-sized, multi-family development is one of many such projects that are bringing high density to the neighborhood, as can be seen on YIMBY’s neighborhood page for Francisville. Given the popularity of the area, it is safe to assume that the building will likely fill up quickly, adding yet more people to help support the nearby businesses.
