Permits list Yona Construction LLC as the contractor. JT Ran Expediting is responsible for the designs.
Darom Philly LLC is listed as the owner. The project has an allocated total construction cost of $290,000, with $250,000 as the general construction cost.

The scope of work includes the construction of a new three-story to be used as a multi-family residential complex offering three family units. The project will also add a full basement and egress wells, front bay extension, and a roof deck with roof deck access structure. The complex will yield a total built-up area spanning 5,260 square feet. The building will rise to a height of 34 feet.

Construction for the residential building will be a wood-frame structure attached on reinforced concrete foundation. Separate permits are required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. Construction timeline for the project has not been revealed yet.
