The drawings identify an approximate roof height of 34 feet three inches and the top of pilot house at 44 feet three inches.
The permit also notes R-2 Residential occupancy, structural work, excavation of at least five feet, underpinning, impacts on adjacent property, and streets impact. Separate permits are required for any other work. No construction timeline has been listed yet.
