Permits have been filed for the demolition of a vacant two-story rowhouse at 4557 North Camac Street in the Wyoming neighborhood of North Philadelphia. The property under in the ownership of Anna Terry Widow. Thomas Curran is the specified contractor for the demolition. The cost of work is listed at $15,421 and includes the replacement of the sidewalk and adding stucco to the future exposed lot walls at the two adjacent properties.
