The project has an allocated total construction cost of $265,000, with $225,000 as the general construction cost, $20,000 for plumbing, and $10,000 for mechanical work.

The scope of work includes the construction of a three-story attached structure with cellar and an accessory roof deck with roof access structure. The building will be used as a a two-family residence that will yield a total built-up area spanning 2,656 square feet. The residence will have two dwelling units. The basement will span an area of 577 square feet and the first floor will span an area go 657 square feet. The second the third floors will span 711 square feet each respectively.
A roof deck will be designed as a part of the project spanning 606 square feet. The building will have a pilot house rising under 10 feet. The building height is proposed to rise to 35 feet. A rear yard running 9 feet will be developed on the site.

The residence will feature VB construction with wood bearing type of construction for walls, floor, and roof framing.
Separate permits are required for the commercial space, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. The site is located near various industrial stops, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. No estimated construction timeline has been announced yet.
