Records show Erciyas Kemal listed as the property owner. Permits list City Life Construction LLC as the contractor. 24 Seven Design Group is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the construction of a three-story residential structure offering four units. The project will yield a total built-up area spanning 3,240 square feet. Renderings reveal a three-story building featuring wood-frame construction on reinforced concrete foundation. The residence will have a roof deck and roof deck access structure.
Open landscaped area spanning 550 square feet will be developed on the premises. The building height is proposed to rise to 36 feet. A rear yard running 25 feet will be developed on the site.
Separate permits are required for the commercial space, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. The site is located near various industrial stops, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. No estimated construction timeline has been announced yet.
