Permits have been issued for the construction of a three-story, three-unit residential building at 3029 Ridge Avenue in Strawberry Mansion, North Philadelphia. The new building will rise from a large vacant lot located on the northeast corner of Ridge Avenue and North Stanley Street. Designed by the Unfound Object Architecture + Design, the building will span 2,743 square feet. Permits list Enam Abazi as the contractor.

Permits specify a construction cost of $185,000, which yields an average cost of around $67 per interior square foot.

The ground level will feature a one-bedroom apartment while the upstairs units will hold two bedrooms each.

3029 Ridge Avenue will rise within an onerous, half-hour-plus walk of the Susquehanna-Dauphin Station on the Broad Street subway line; however, route 61 bus runs along Ridge Avenue. Fairmount Park spans within a six-minute walk to the west.
