The front façade will include a brick-clad base, fiber cement siding above, and a projecting metal-clad bay window that visually breaks up the vertical plane. Two recessed entrances are positioned at ground level, offering street access to the units. The roof deck will be enclosed with a perimeter railing and is accessible via an enclosed structure. The design reflects a typical infill approach, with compact massing and restrained contemporary detailing suited to the surrounding residential context.
