Designed by Coscia Moos Architecture and developed by Hightop Real Estate and Development, the development will span 43,010 square feet (which will include 2,252 square feet of retail) and will feature a basement and a parking garage. Permits list Ferraro Construction Group LLC as the contractor and specify a construction cost of $4 million.
