Three Multi-Family Buildings Proposed at 2403-07, 2413-17, and 2431-33 West Thompson Street in Sharswood, North Philadelphia

Three multi-family apartment buildings have been proposed for construction on the same block in Sharswood, North Philadelphia. The trio will rise at three non-contiguous vacant lots at 2403-07, 2413-17, 2431-33 West Thompson Street, on the north side of the block between North 24th and North 25th streets. The three buildings will hold a total of 21 residential units. According to permits, the design team consists of Colliers Engineering & Design, Rhett N. Chiliberti, and John Hayes, Jr.. Frankel Enterprises is listed as the developer and Basch Builders is specified as the contractor.

Renderings Revealed for 130 West Girard Avenue In Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia

Renderings have been revealed for a seven-story, 84-unit mixed-use development proposed at 130 West Girard Avenue in Northern Liberties, North Philadelphia. Designed by Studio HS4, with Colliers Consulting also as part of the project team, the new building will include around 57,000 square feet of residential space, 3,500 square feet of commercial space at the ground floor, and 11 parking spaces.

Renderings Revealed for 1440 Front Street in Olde Kensington

Renderings have been revealed for a 114-unit mixed-use development at 1440 Front Street in Olde Kensington, North Philadelphia. Designed by CANNOdesign, the new building will rise seven stories tall and span 88,497 square feet, with commercial space at the ground floor. The ground floor floor will also contain parking for 18 cars and 36 bicycles, along with amenity space. A roof deck will be located at the top of the structure, with an outdoor space at the ground floor and many units also including balcony space.

New Construction to Add 32 Apartments to Artist Village in Graduate Hospital, South Philadelphia

A multi-building development is poised to significantly expand the block-spanning Artist Village apartment complex at 700 South 17th Street in Graduate Hospital, South Philadelphia, adding 32 new apartments to boost its total residential unit count to 68. Designed by Colliers Engineering & Design and developed by the Regis Group, the project involves replacing existing fenced-in green space and parking lots at the property with a five-story, 20-unit apartment building and 12 four-story townhouses, complimenting the existing six-story, 17-unit and five-story, 19-unit buildings that currently stand at the site.
