Today we look at the renderings for the 166-unit multi-family development that will span several adjacent sites on two blocks bordered by Haverford Avenue to the south, Wallace Street to the north, North 36th Street to the east, and North 39th Street to the west. Designed by WRT and developed by Lomax Real Estate Partners and the Mount Vernon Community Development Corporation, the project will consist of several buildings ranging from three to six stories and will offer retail, a mix of rental and condominium units, green promenades, and public art.

Completion Nears at 4251 Sansom Street in Spruce Hill, West Philadelphia

Philly YIMBY’s recent site visit has discovered that construction is nearing completion at a three-story, four-unit multi-family building at 4251 Sansom Street in Spruce Hill, West Philadelphia. The structure replaces an ornate two-story prewar rowhouse located on the north side of the block between South 42nd and South 43rd streets. The new building rises from a 1,780-square-foot footprint, holds 5,613 square feet of interior space, translating to a spacious 1,403 square feet per apartment, and features full sprinkling. Permits list Charnelle Hicks as the owner, Kevin Korejko as the design professional, and Northeast Builders LLC as the contractor.

Renderings Revealed for Northbank Expansion in Fishtown

Renderings and new plan details have been revealed for the expansion of Northbank in Fishtown. Designed by ISA, the plan will feature 120 new townhomes, 50 new duplexes holding 100 residential units, and a four-story mixed-use building will containing 80 units as well as the new neighborhood’s first retail component spanning 5,000 square feet. In total, there will 300 new residential units and 417 parking spaces included to serve these homes, with 329 in garages and 88 open-air spaces.

Renderings Revealed for 1238-46 Belmont Avenue in East Parkside, West Philadelphia

Renderings have been revealed for a multi-family development at 1238-46 Belmont Avenue in East ParksideWest Philadelphia. Designed by Francesco Zampetti, the building will rise seven stories tall and feature 84 residential units. An underground parking garage will offer space for 32 parking spaces. Two of these will be auto-share spaces, one being an ADA space. The project will also provide space for 28 bicycles.
