Permits have been filed for a residential building at 1801 Memphis Street in Fishtown. Located at the angled corner of Memphis Street and East Montgomery Avenue, the lot is a few blocks east of the Berks station of the Market-Frankford SEPTA line. James Duffy is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed building will stand three stories, matching the height of the two flanking rowhouses. The structure will also include a basement and a roof deck, which will likely provide views of the city. The surrounding blocks abound with small shops and eateries.

Demolition will not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
