24/7 Design Group is responsible for the deigns. The project has an allocated total construction cost of $280,000, with $200,000 as the general construction cost, $15,000 for plumbing work, and $15,000 for mechanical work.
The scope of work includes the development of a new three-story structure in type VB construction. The residential building will offer space for two families, along with a basement, a roof deck, and roof deck access structure. The residential building will yield a total built-up area spanning 2,230 square feet. The building facade will rise to a height of 33 feet.
Separate permits are required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression work. The project site is located in an area that has good walk and bike scores. Construction timeline for the project has not been revealed yet.
